All payments must be made via our secure, integrated third-party payment gateway.

2. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Payments once made are non-refundable, except in cases of duplicate transactions or technical errors.

• Event cancellation initiated by AMC may be eligible for a full refund.

• Refunds, if approved, will be Credited within 7–10 working days via the original payment method.

3. Transaction Security

All payment transactions are processed using secure encryption. We do not store your card or banking details.

4. Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation email and receipt after successful payment. If not received within 24 hours, please contact us.

5. Limitation of Liability

AMC is not responsible for:

• Payment failure due to internet or banking issues

• Unauthorized use of your payment credentials

• Technical errors outside AMC’s control

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Prayagraj (Allahabad), Uttar Pradesh.
